The hotel offers a great seafront location and excellent dining experience. The rooms are tastefully presented and very clean, providing utmost comfort, though dining service can be slow at times.

I loved our sea-facing room, which was well stocked with tea, coffee, and biscuits. It was impeccably clean and far more comfortable than other doubles we've stayed in before.
Service
9.0
The service was top-notch, with the staff being incredibly friendly and even went the extra mile to make our 19-month-old son feel at home.
Location
10.0
The hotel's seafront location was absolutely amazing, offering easy access to various amenities, activities, and restaurants. Perfect for a stroll by the sea.
Dining
8.0
The dining experience was a highlight with delicious choices and attentive staff. However, there were delays in service, making it a bit of a letdown at times.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel provided all the necessary extras for a comfortable stay, including tea, milk, coffee, and hot chocolate. However, improvements could be made in speeding up service.

The hotel has a prime location right on the beachfront, making it perfect for those who enjoy a sea view and quick access to the promenade and local activities. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to assist us. However, the dining experience fell short with undercooked eggs and soggy toast, prompting us to skip breakfast on our second day.

Rooms
7.0
Although the premium room was a bit small and outdated, I appreciated the effort needed to get to it, offering an extra workout before using the lift.
Service

The staff couldn't have been more helpful, even taking the time to ring up local activities for us. Their attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable.
Location
10.0
The hotel's location is fantastic, practically on the promenade and seafront, providing easy access to everything we needed.
Dining

The dining options were disappointing, with undercooked eggs and soggy toast. Perhaps an earlier start on Mondays would have improved the experience for guests.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless with brand new and comfy beds, and the friendly staff made me feel right at home. The hot water in the gorgeous old building was a great touch. However, my room on the 3rd floor at the back of the hotel was a bit of a trek. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Service
8.0
The management and staff were all friendly and very attentive. They sorted out any issues promptly and took the time to chat with me. The housekeeping service was great too.
Location
9.0
The location suited my needs perfectly as it was just right for the gallery I visited and ideal for the theatre and shops. The breakfast by my room on the seafront was a lovely bonus.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was a mix. The homemade bread was excellent and well presented, but the lack of variety was a downside. A hearty breakfast with more options would have been better.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel had great facilities, but some more dining options would have been appreciated.
